The Ultimate Echo Chamber
In November 08 Alden Hackman and I joined Paul Kikuchi his friend Jesse Olsen and decended into the cistern at Fort Worden, Port Townsend WA. The cistern is a 186 foot diameter by 15ft high water tank which is fortunately now empty. With Alden and me at the controls, we did two days of recording. One of tne of the tracks was me playing the alto flute with Paul doing percussion. It was a fun experience and there will be more to come from the session for sure. In the mean time, take a listen to this!
